OUR RETURN POLICY IS 30 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE PRODUCT.

 

You will be charged £4.95 for the Royal Mail 48hr tracked return postage label, and this fee will be deducted from your order return amount. To initiate the return process, kindly utilize the link provided below to access your returns account. You can find this link at the bottom of our website or by clicking the following link:

  1. Enter your e-mail address which you had used to make an order, we will send you the verification code to the provided e-mail.
  2. Enter the verification number to log in. 
  3. Choose the product you want to return.
  4. Select the reason you want to return the product.
  5. Read our return policy.
  6. Click 'Request Return'. 
  7. Wait for our reply within 24hrs. If we accept your return, we will provide you with return postage label for Royal Mail drop off. PRINTER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRINT THE RETUN POSTAGE LABEL (Please e-mail us on sales@angelescouture.com if you do not have a printer or cannot travel to the Royal Mail drop off point. Please quote your order number and name.
  • For damage in transport items please e-mail us within 24hrs of receiving the order. Please send photo evidence of the damage to the product, the outer packaging also showing the postage label on the parcel box.
  • Damage in transport or faulty items will be fully refunded, including any postage fees paid (please note that we cannot refund for the upgraded postage fees paid, therefore the refund will be provided for standard delivery only showing at a current rate in our store).

HOW TO PACK AND SEND THE RETURN GOODS:

         

  • Securely repack your items.

    Login to our returns portal using your order number and email address. Select your preferred tracked returns service. We have print at home, paperless and collection options available.

  • You’ll be emailed a shipping label or QR code to scan at your chosen drop-off point or collection point.

  • Keep an eye out for updates and tracking. You’ll get an email once we receive your returned item. Most returns are processed in a few days, but the money can take up to 14 days to appear back in your account.
