DELIVERY INFORMATION
AT THIS PRESENT TIME, WE ONLY OFFER UK DELIVERY.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or safe storage addresses. Orders placed with these addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your card and payment provider.
Getting your goods to you swiftly and safely is of utmost importance to us. That’s why we entrust our deliveries to carefully selected couriers.
UK DELIVERY 🚚:
STANDARD DELIVERY: £3.95 (ROYAL MAIL, APC Overnight OR EVRI COURIER) 2-3 WORKING DAYS
EXPRESS DELIVERY: £6.95 (ROYAL MAIL, APC Overnight OR EVRI COURIER) 1-2 WORKING DAYS (order placed on Saturday may take longer time to arrive)
DISPATCH TIMES:
- PARTY ACCESSORIES & PARTY FAVOURS: 1 Working day dispatch. orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on working Monday.
- JEWELLERY, GIFTS FOR HOME, BEAUTY PRODUCTS: 24-48 hr dispatch Monday-Friday.
- ANGELES COUTURE MADE TO ORDER FASHION PRODUCTS: 4-7working days dispatch.
YOUR ORDER MAY ARRIVE IN A MULTI PACKAGES AND AT A DIFFERENT TIMES!
Our products are stored in two different locations (party accessories and party favours/anything else), therefore you may receive some products in different packages at different times, but we will always let you know the tracking for each consignment, so you will know when it is arriving.
Sometimes orders may arrive much faster than the estimated delivery time, we provide tracking number, so please ensure that you are available for the delivery, or alternatively you can re-arrange the delivery to a different time with the courier.
To receive delivery updates, your contact phone number and e-mail is required.
IMPORTANT:
If you have missed the delivery, the courier will always re attempt the delivery or send the product to the local depot for you to collect. If you have missed the attempted re-delivery or the missed parcel collection from the local depot and the product has come back to us, we will refund the product cost minus the delivery cost.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL 'ANGELES COUTURE' FASHION BRAND IS HAND MADE TO ORDER AND THE PROCESSING (MAKING THE GARMENT OR ACCESSORY) TIME IS 4-7 DAYS BEFORE WE CAN SHIP THE ORDER.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorization of your payment. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an ‘order confirmation’ by email. And once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email with delivery dispatch update and/or ‘Order Tracking’, which will provide you the status of your delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: During our busier Sales and Festive Periods, orders can take up to 3 workings days to be dispatched from our warehouse.
EU Deliveries: unfortunately it is not possible at this time due to severe delays at the EU borders caused by the Brexit rules, however we will review this when we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
