EASY RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
PRINTER RQUIRED!
You will be charged £4.95 for the Royal Mail 48hr tracked return postage label, and this fee will be deducted from your order return amount. To initiate the return process, kindly utilize the link provided below to access your returns account. You can find this link at the bottom of our website or by clicking the following link:

- Enter your e-mail address which you had used to make an order, we will send you the verification code to the provided e-mail.
- Enter the verification number to log in.
- Choose the product you want to return.
- Select the reason you want to return the product.
- Read our return policy.
- Click 'Request Return'.
- Wait for our reply within 24hrs. If we accept your return, we will provide you with return postage label for Royal Mail drop off. PRINTER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRINT THE RETUN POSTAGE LABEL (Please e-mail us on sales@angelescouture.com if you do not have a printer or cannot travel to the Royal Mail drop off point. Please quote your order number and name.
- For damage in transport items please e-mail us within 24hrs of receiving the order. Please send photo evidence of the damage to the product, the outer packaging also showing the postage label on the parcel box.
- Damage in transport or faulty items will be fully refunded, including any postage fees paid (please note that we cannot refund for the upgraded postage fees paid, therefore the refund will be provided for standard delivery only showing at a current rate in our store).
HOW TO PACK AND SEND THE RETURN GOODS:

Securely repack your items.

Login to our returns portal using your order number and email address. Select your preferred tracked returns service. We have print at home, paperless and collection options available.

You’ll be emailed a shipping label or QR code to scan at your chosen drop-off point or collection point.

Keep an eye out for updates and tracking. You’ll get an email once we receive your returned item. Most returns are processed in a few days, but the money can take up to 14 days to appear back in your account.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your product it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You’ll also need to submit your return on our RETURN PORTAL PAGE with your order number, return item number and reason for the return, which you can find in your order confirmation e-mail or invoice.
All our products are throughout inspected before sending out by our team, and we ensure that you will receive the product in a perfect condition. This wear and tear signs aren't to be expected during trying the product on. If we receive such a product, we will inform you, and we will return the product to you without issuing the refund. We monitor closely our return and dispatched products, each product is checked and approved before sending or receiving. Will retain the evidence of the damages to the product with photographs and videos of the product in case of any dispute occurs.
Some minor damage to the packaging can occur during transport, but if the bigger damage occurs you should inform us within 24hrs, so we can investigate it with the carrier and claim the damages on your behalf.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NONE REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
Pre-Filled Party Goody Bags Policy:
We regret to inform you that returns on pre-filled goody bags cannot be accepted unless the product arrives damaged or faulty. These goody bags are pre-packed upon order, making them classified as made-to-order products, thus non-refundable.
In the event that the goody bag packaging or its contents are damaged during transport, we will promptly replace or refund the entire goody bag within 2-3 working days (please refer to our refund policy for detailed refund times). However, it is imperative that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product if it is damaged; failure to do so may hinder our ability to provide a refund or replacement.
Should any item within the goody bag be found faulty, we will only replace the defective product or offer a 50% refund of the total value of the goody bag
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-14 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, this time depends on your bank and payment provider.
